Through Home Uplift, income-qualified residents can receive valuable home energy upgrades that will improve their home\u2019s energy efficiency and comfort and lower their utility bills \u2013 at no cost to them. Home Uplift is about creating change that will improve quality of life for families in our community who need it most. The Home Uplift Program is first-come, first-served and income restrictions do apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a class=\"gb-button gb-button-d5d0dc82 gb-button-text btn external\" href=\"https:\/\/energyright.com\/residential\/home-uplift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apply for the Home Uplift Program<\/a>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Home Uplift provides an average of $10,000 in free (yes, free) home energy upgrades to income-eligible customers. New or repaired HVAC units, attic and wall insulation, appliances, electric water heaters &#8211; these are just a few of the home energy upgrades the you may receive through Home Uplift. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-d2233e91\">\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-65b59f52 gb-headline-text\">How Does the Home Uplift Program Work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-f0906bf6 gb-headline-text\">Step 1: Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Call <a href=\"tel:(888) 986-7262\">(888) 986-7262<\/a> for a Home Uplift application. Complete the application and send it to the address listed on the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9c18a73c gb-headline-text\">Step 2:&nbsp; Energy Audit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your application is processed, an energy advisor from the TVA EnergyRight\u00ae Program will call you to schedule an energy audit. That is how it is determined if your home qualifies for the program. Your home will be examined, looking at areas such as heating and cooling equipment, duct systems, insulation levels and lighting.
