    JOHNSON CITY – BrightRidge unanimously adopted a balanced Fiscal Year 2024 budget this week without an increase in local electric or broadband rates.     JOHNSON CITY – BrightRidge, Silicon Ranch Corporation, LightWave Solar, LLC and the Tennessee Valley Authority broke ground Tuesday on a new solar learning lab at BrightRidge’s 2600 Boones Creek Road campus.
