To maintain our high quality of service for all customers, APS allows you to conduct business via the automated system. Simply, APS allows us to respond to a greater number of calls, which provides quicker, more efficient service for all. The result is that we can respond better to your call, and you minimize time spent on hold.

You may conduct any of the following via the Automated Phone System:

  • Pay by credit card
  • Pay via e-check
  • Set up/edit autopay
  • Report a power outage 
  • Check account balances

BrightRidge has one service location at 2600 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City, TN.  You may visit our office during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm for general business or to make payment either by walk-in or drive-thru.
