State of Franklin Road rolling roadblock planned for Sunday

JOHNSON CITY – As part of ongoing system improvements, BrightRidge will implement a rolling roadblock on Sunday, October 20, 2019 along State of Franklin Road (Tennessee Highway 381) at the Browns Mill Road intersection. Rolling roadblocks are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. as new conductor wire is hung.
